fruit smoothie

Why haven’t I been making this all of my life?!  This smoothie can be made with your favorite fruit, fresh or frozen!  If you decide to use frozen fruit, which by the way would be a money saver, omit the ice cubes.  I used banana and strawberry, classic combination.  Other fruits I intend on trying… pineapple, blueberries, mango, blackberries, pomegranate, the list goes on and on!  Seriously one of the most yummy and easy recipes I’ve ever made.  Great of breakfast, lunch or a snack :)

fruit smoothie

ingredients:

1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

1 banana

4 strawberries

1 whole orange, juiced or 1/3 cup of orange juice

a few ice cubes

directions: Place all of ingredients into a                                    blender and blend until smooth!
